In light of announcements made by UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Tuesday 22nd September it is with regret that Event Partners, the show organisers, are required to move Ceramics UK and The Advanced Materials Show, and their co-located events Battery Cells & Systems Expo and Vehicle Electrification Expo, to 7th & 8th July 2021.
Adam Moore, CEO of Event Partners says: “We had hoped to be pioneers, one of the few event organisers to deliver a safe and much needed face-to-face meeting place for the industry, in the UK this year. We were fully prepared, and hoping, to go ahead in December. However, following the latest announcement about ongoing restrictions as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic we have, in close collaboration with our Founding Partners and Advisory Board, moved swiftly to reschedule these industry events to July 2021. We are confident that through doing this that we will be able to deliver a first-class, global celebration in the heart of UK manufacturing, without compromise.”
The show has already attracted significant interest and support with attendance confirmed from leading organisations, including Jaguar Land Rover, Airbus, Arrival, Rolls Royce Aerospace, Bentley, Nissan, Mercedes F1, A123 Systems, Panasonic, Red Bull Racing, Dupont along with the UK Government’s Secretary of State for Transport, Grant Schapps.
The Advanced Materials Show will bring together a highly focused audience, all involved in the research, production, purchasing or integration of advanced materials technology including Graphene & 2D Materials, Composites, Polymers, Coatings, and Ceramics. This will be a highly concentrated two days of networking, lead generation and education featuring the leaders and innovators responsible for shaping the future of this industry.
