UK Government Minister Set to Open the Show

The Advanced Materials Show and Ceramics UK and their co-located events, Battery Cells & Systems Expo and Vehicle Electrification Expo, will be opened by Rachel Maclean MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Transport.

Rachel says “Events such as the Battery Cells and Systems Expo and Vehicle Electrification Expo (and its co-located shows) play a pivotal role in gathering all the leading stakeholders in EV and battery manufacturing. I am delighted to be opening the show and fully support its efforts to shine a light on all that the UK’s sector has to offer in the way of skills, R&D, investment opportunities, manufacturing capabilities and natural resources – making the UK a real competitor on the international stage and ensuring its future in a more sustainable world.”
