Simon has 30 years’ experience within aerospace and manufacturing, working for SMEs and large aerospace organisations. Time served on the bench, he has extensive knowledge of manufacturing and engineering processes, providing a sound footing to progress through various engineering, project and commercial roles within the industry.

A passion for aerospace has driven Simon to build a network within aerospace spanning large organisations, OEMs, supply chain partners and trade associations. He plays an active role as a board member of the Midlands Aerospace Alliance and is committed to supporting the advancement of innovation, sustainability and competitive advantage across the aero-structures sector.
